Returns and Exchanges

At Global Shoes we want you to be happy with your purchase. For this reason we are happy to exchange or provide a store credit if something doesn’t fit right or you are not happy with our product. Please do choose your items carefully as we are not obliged to provide refunds for change of mind.

How to Return:

To return them please let us know within 24 hours. To do so:

  • The shoes and box have to be in the same condition as they were sent.
  • The item must not have been used or worn and the shoe box must be in perfect condition.
  • Fill in the return form below to let us know what you are returning and why.
  • Send them back within seven working days.

In the case where something does not fit correctly, we are happy to exchange with a courier fee.  

If an exchange is not possible a store credit will be issued. An email will be sent with a store credit code which can be used up to a year. If for some reason you are not able to complete a future purchase using your store credit, please contact us so we complete the purchase over the phone.

Terms of Return

Items must be returned clean, unworn and with all tags attached. Please include your invoice.

Before returning at your cost, please contact us via email or phone to explain what you are returning and why.

Please return item back to us within 5 days of receiving it so that we have the best opportunity to do a quick resell.

It is also recommended to send returns with track and trace method as Global Shoes will not accept responsibility if we do not receive the package.

Accessory Returns

Strictly no returns on all accessories including jewellery, hats, sunglasses, bags and shoes due to hygiene reasons.
